Change Forum to *Projects*

Given that this site is supposed to be a *community* effort porting android to the HP Touchpad
and the previous issues involved regarding "teams," I would suggest changing this forum from "Teams"
to "Projects" and strike any mention of "teams" from the description...

Porting is the proper forum for projects, this is for any teams to chime in about their progress.
