Im stuck at 5. I pasted the files in /bin, but for some reason i cannot figure out how to "put" the file, copy and paste wont work, says file is not found.
Im running Windows 7 x86, everything set up correctly.. any help please?

you have to run the put command in the same directory where you downloaded the files from the torrent/mirror. You are getting file not found becuase the tar file isnt there.
