Dont hold the button, press it repeatedly.

Sorry but can't understand the reply. So you can install the App Market but you aren't able to actually use any of the apps? Thanx for the response in advance.

I got it to boot to android following the tutorial. Now how do I get it to boot everyother time? Do I have to be plugged in? Do I need to have Novaterm running?

Btw, this method seems brick-free. You can always press menu/home + power and reboot the tablet into WebOS.

ideas on how to install the cyanogen tablet buttons. with out having any buttons or adb navigation is impossible.
